Since I shared a bit of the training the other day, I might as well show some of the results. I stayed off weights entirely for the first three weeks of Muay Thai, just to let my body adjust to the new workouts and make sure I could perform. I leaned out but I didn’t lose much size. Now I’m excited to be back on the weights. And yes I work out in the grinch pajamas.
