If you’re looking for a gift for the true crime fan in your life, or if you want to give yourself the gift of laughter this holiday season, one of Socialite Life’s favorite podcasts may have the perfect stocking stuffer for you.
The hilarious Patrick Hinds and Gillian Pensavalle, who we had the chance to interview earlier this year, are taking their podcast True Crime Obsessed on the road in 2020 and have just announced the first leg of their national tour.
The tour kicks off in Boston on Friday, March 20 and currently has stops in Philadelphia, Washington DC, Orlando, San Francisco, and Seattle. Additional fall dates will be announced at a later date.
“We truly can't wait to get back on the road! We love doing our live shows because they're always a party and they give us the opportunity to meet our listeners and get a little crazy!” said True Crime Obsessed co-hosts and co-creators Patrick Hinds and Gillian Pensavalle.
At the Boston and Philadelphia tour stops, Patrick and Gillian’s guests include Tim Pilleri and Lance Reenstierna of the Missing Maura Murray podcast, and Maggie Freleng of Oxygen’s The Disappearance of Maura Murray.
In DC and Orlando, Rabia Chaudry, the attorney featured prominently in the hit podcast Serial and Susan Simpson also of the Undisclosed podcast will join the pair to cover HBO series The Case Against Adnan Syed. The San Francisco and Seattle shows will center on LGBTQ pride, with the hosts recapping the World of Wonder-produced documentary Stonewall Uprising.
Tickets for the shows are on sale today, Monday, December 9th to Patreon subscribers and Tuesday, December 10th for the general public. Tickets are available at truecrimeobsessed.com/see-us-live.
