Heated Rivalry star Hudson Williams posted photos of the seven Chi Phi members named in a civil lawsuit to his Instagram Story, with a caption Cornell’s admissions office won’t be framing: “Arrest them. Fck them and fck Cornell, too!”
Subtle? No. Ambiguous? Also no.
The suit, filed by a former student against the university and the seven fraternity members, alleges she was drugged and sexually assaulted for hours at the frat house in October 2024. It also claims one of the brothers used Snapchat to invite other members to join.
No one has been criminally charged. But the Tompkins County DA is taking a second swing. Cornell now says it supports giving the victim’s story a chance to “be heard by a criminal grand jury.”
The lawsuit claims the accused got only temporary suspensions and “were afforded the opportunity to mitigate their conduct by submitting essays”, which Cornell denies. The school says it suspended the chapter and all seven students on the same day the incident was reported to campus police.

Williams has plenty of company in the outrage department. Josh Gad wrote that the accused “lost the right to a future” after allegedly taking one from a young woman. Florence Pugh posted too.
Then Olivia Benson herself showed up. Mariska Hargitay shared a post claiming 57 people were in the fraternity group chat where the invite allegedly went out, and “NOT one of them stopped it.”
For the record, one of the accused has vehemently denied the allegations. The case now heads back to prosecutors, with many more famous people watching.
