It has been challenging, but we’ve spent all week scouring Instagram to bring you this week’s Instahottie: Emrhys Cooper.
Say hello to actor Emrhys Cooper. Emrhys, the actor, is also very much into running, having just run the London Marathon (his fourth marathon in two years), and will be competing in an Ironman later this year in Portugal.
How is he training for the Iron Man? He told Queerty, “I [cycle] 2-3 times per week. I’m swimming 2-3 times per week, sometimes open water swimming in the sea, which is 10 minutes away from me in the Hastings area. Then I am running 3-4 times per week. Basically, it’s full on. Then I’m doing weight training. The swimming is not great and I hate the cold water, but I’m getting used to it. Then you feel great afterwards, you’re buzzing. You get the natural high!”
Proudly out, he is married to the ever-so-handsome Donal Brophy.
