Jamie Lynn Spears has denied that her sister, Britney Spears, paid for a Florida condo that she uses with her family.

The former Nickelodeon actress has been repeatedly denying that she receives any financial benefits from Britney Spears and would subsequently not profit from the continuation of her conservatorship, which has been the subject of controversy over the past few months.

In a since-deleted caption on her Instagram, Jamie Lynn appeared to directly reference the rumors that Britney financially backed the purchase of her Destin, Florida condo.

โ€œI donโ€™t own a condo, and I can assure you that no one has ever bought me a place at the beach, because I prefer my beach vacationsโ€™s at the Ritz anyway. โ€œSimple FACTS. Yโ€™all need to stop reachin,โ€ she captioned a series of images of her family on vacation, per The Daily Mail.

Jamie Lynn added, โ€œThankful to get this time with my family in between our busy work and practice schedules with the kids lol.โ€

The post comes after The Sun reported that Spearsโ€™ Grammy-winning sister, Britney, bought her a vacation home in Florida worth an estimated $1 million.

Despite her saying she does not own a condo, Jamie Lynn has referenced a family home in Florida on multiple occasions. Though Jamie Lynn denied owning a condo in her Instagram post on Monday, she has spoken about having a condo in the past.

โ€œWe have a condo is Destin, Florida and itโ€™s the best getaway!โ€ Jamie Lynn tweeted in 2015, when replying to a fan about her favorite vacation spot. She also told CMT News in 2016 she felt โ€œpretty blessedโ€ to have the condo as an escape.

Iโ€™m guessing that she means that the condo is a โ€œfamilyโ€ condo, meaning a Spears family condo.
