Singer John Legend tore into the president in a new TMZ video filmed outside a West Hollywood nightclub on Tuesday night.
The EGOT-winning star called Donald Trump a “flaming racist.”
“He’s a piece of shit,” he continued, adding that Trump himself uses the profanity. “We need to get him out of office.”
Legend appeared to reference Trump’s comments about Baltimore — which the president slammed as a “disgusting, rat- and rodent-infested mess” last week — as a TMZ employee asked the singer what could be done.
Asked what Legend would do about Baltimore, which was the subject of a racist rant by Trump last week, he replied: “There’s a lot that can be done, over a century of history that created the problems that they have, and we need to focus on making all of our communities better instead of talking shit about the communities just because you’re a racist prick.”
He added: “Donald Trump is an evil fucking canker sore on America’s whole landscape, so we need to get him out of office.”
