Justin Timberlake spread the love during a visit to a Texas Children’s hospital to surprise patients that made a viral video of his song “Can’t Stop the Feeling.”
The 37-year-old singer popped into HCA Healthcare’s Methodist Children’s hospital in San Antonio ahead of his Man of the Woods tour performance on Saturday.
The singer took his time, shook hands with children and their families, and posed for pictures.

Annabella Lugosi, who’s been taking her four-year-old son Jackson to the medical facility for cancer treatment since he was just three months old, said the singer made sure to visit each child in their rooms.
The children went viral after a video of them dancing to his hit single was shared across multiple social media platforms.
The singer accepted their invite and went to the hospital in the afternoon before his show.
According to Lugosi, the singer “took time with each individual child in his or her own room.”

“He was so humble, and you could really tell that this wasn’t for publicity or anything like that,” Lugosi told TODAY.
“He genuinely wanted to be a bright spot in these kids’ lives for a day.”
