We listen to a lot of music around the office and we do consider ourselves true pop music fans. These are the songs that Socialite Life currently has on heavy rotation and those we tend to hit the repeat button once they end.

1. “Immortal Flame” by Katy Perry. Talk about a huge power ballad! The new song is part of Perry’s partnership with Final Fantasy Brave Exvius.
2. “There You Are” by Zayn. This is one of the standout songs on Icarus Falls. The soaring chorus about the power of unconditional love and forgiveness is what really sells the song.
3. “(Happy Xmas) War Is Over” by Mark Ronson and Miley Cyrus ft. Sean Ono Lennon. The song’s lyrics, “And so this is Christmas / And what have you done / Another year over / A new one just begun,” offered a fitting bookend to a tumultuous year.
4. “Reasons” by Cautious Clay. His Silky vocals are simply striking on this pop-tinged production.

5. “Numb” by Carlie Hanson. The 18-year-old singer has released a moody trippy song that warns a potential lover to keep a safe distance. Hanson has the goods to be big!
6. “Imagine” by Ariana Grande. The track sees the songstress tune things down and discusses her unfulfilled romantic fantasies. In her own words, “Imagine” is about “pretending it never ended. denial.”
7. “Man to Man” by Dorian Electra. The catchiest new release of the week. “Are you man enough to soften up, are you tough enough to open up?” they question on the 80s-inspired song.
