Ricky Martin and Jwan Yosef Announce Birth of Daughter

Ricky Martin treated fans to the surprise news that he has become a dad again.

The “Livin’ La Vida Loca” singer, 47, rounded his year off in the best way, announcing the arrival of baby daughter Lucia with husband Jwan Yosef.

Posting a sweet picture of him holding his baby daughter’s hands, Martin wrote: “We are beyond happy to announce that we have become parents to a beautiful and healthy baby girl, Lucia Martin-Yosef.

He added: “It has been a special time for us and we can’t wait to see where this stellar baby will take us. This has undoubtedly been a unique birthday and celebration of Christmas in our lives.”

“Both her brothers and Jwan and I are completely in love with our baby and grateful to be able to start this 2019 with the best gift we could receive, the gift of life.”

Ricky, who married fiancé Jwan in secret in January 2018, started his family back in December 2008 when a gestational surrogate carried his two boys.
