12 seasons after its debut, RuPaul's Drag Race is finally getting the celebrity treatment! Celebrity Drag Race is a go and it is coming to screens real soon.

The fantastic Drag Race UK is currently in full swing on BBC Three (with Snatch Game coming up this week!), and keep in mind that Drag Race Canada is on the way with Brooke Lynn Hytes making history as a judge.

Oh, and don't forget that Drag Race: All-Stars 5 has also been confirmed, to be followed shortly thereafter by season 12. Still, who wouldn't want yet more Drag Race, right?

VH1 has ordered RuPaul's Celebrity Drag Race, where 12 famous faces will compete to be America's Next Celebrity Drag Superstar.

Each episode will see three contestants undergo a drag transformation with the help of some franchise veterans.

The line-up of stars hasn't been announced yet, but VH1 has confirmed that some classic queens from the show's past will be returning to mentor the celebrities in the Werk Room.

Those all-star mentors will be Alyssa Edwards, Asia O'Hara, season 8 winner Bob the Drag Queen, Kim Chi, All-Stars 4 co-winners Monét X Change and Trinity the Tuck, Monique Heart, Nina West, All-Stars 3 winner Trixie Mattel and Vanessa ‘Miss Vanjie' Mateo.
