Shawn Mendes’ ‘Lost in Japan’ Video Is Here — WATCH

Shawn Mendes and Zedd dropped their remix music video for “Lost In Japan” on Thursday, and fans are loving it.

In the video adorable video, which is a remix of his hit song featured on his self-titled studio album released in May, Shawn sings about how he falls for a girl and travels to Japan to find her. The video is an homage of sorts to the 2003 film Lost In Translation, starring Bill Murray and Scarlett Johansson.

It even features the famous hotel scene where Murray sits forlornly on the bed before a prostitute comes knocking on his door, asking to “lick his stockings.”

Netflix’s 13 Reasons Why actress Alisha Boe stars as his love interest.
