Hello, hello, hello! We are back, back, back again with the latest news from the international universe of RuPaul’s Drag Race.
In this week’s The Week in Drag, we catch up with the talented queens who broke our hearts when they were sent home last week on Drag Race UK and our favorite fashion Ru-cappers are here to rate and review the runway fashions from across the pond.
In addition, we’ve got some spooky fun from your favorites to help you get the jump start on your Halloween looks and we catch up with some of your favorite queens. Let’s get this party started and bring it to the runway!
This week on Drag Race UK, our remaining eight queens took part in the eagerly awaited girl group challenge and paid tribute to the Spice Girls (well, four out of the five of them…where was Posh?) on the runway – in front of guest judge Emma Bunton. Our favorite “Binge Queens”, Pandora Boxx, Rock M Sakura, Heidi N Closet, Kylie Sonique Love, Laganja Estranja and – Stop right now, thank you veery much – the enticing Scott Nevins discuss episode four’s highs and lows on the latest episode of “Binge Queens”. Check out this sneak peek and get full episodes on WOW Presents Plus.
Last week we went to camp with the UK queens, who modeled their own camp themed fashions and crafted their own couture creations from outdoor supplies. Bob the Drag Queen and Monét X Change share their unfiltered take on the episode on the latest episode of “Sibling Watchery.” Oh, and speaking of Bob, don’t miss the new season of We’re Here on HBO Max!
Raven and Bimini Bon Bulash toot and boot last week’s campy looks on the latest “Fashion Photo Ruview.”
Drag Race Down Under’s stunning Etcetera Etcetera is Yuhua Hamasaki’s guest and shares her “Bootleg Opinions” of the UK runway.
Last week, a knee injury sidelined the fabulous Victoria Scone, who was forced to leave the competition (very prematurely.) She talked about the injury and her experience on the show with UK season two queen Tia Kofi on “Tea Time”.
Sadly, Victoria wasn’t the only queen to sashay (well, actually, hobble) away on last week’s episode. Veronica Green, who returned to the competition after having to leave season two due to COVID, didn’t impress the judges with her camp looks and was sent packing. She delves into her return and early exit with Tia.
Both of our eliminated queens also sat down with the fabulous Yshee Black to talk about their time on the show and dole out the superlatives to their fellow queens on “Drag Race Yearbook”
Just in time for Halloween, season four of Dragula is on its way. Check out the freaky and frightening trailer and check out the new season on Shudder on Tuesday, October 19th.
One of the queens competing on the Boulet Brothers’ show is Drag Race season five’s Jade Jolie. From giving us major Taylor Swift vibes to showcasing her darker side, here’s a chance to catch up in her “Meet the Queens” video.
Jade is just one of the amazing queen-tstants of Dragula. In her latest “Rock-tober” video, Rock M Sakura reacts to all of the Dragula queens’ introductions.
If you’re still looking for Halloween costume ideas, the queens are here for you. Jaymes Mansfield serves up a positively hair-raising look as she recreates Lisa Marie’s iconic alien beehive from Mars Attacks using a 2-liter soda bottle.
Gottmik and Violet Chachki challenge themselves to create thrift store Halloween costumes on the latest “No Gorge.”
Trixie Mattel and Katya talk about the perils of growing old and answer a fan-submitted question about when it’s time to give up following your dreams on “UNHhhh”.
Catch up with Trixie and watch her get ready with the help of some new PR makeup from Wet n Wild x Saved By the Bell, Colourpop, Peeps x Hipdot, Kim Chi Chic Beauty, and more.
As part of LGBTQ Herstory Month, Monét X Change recognizes singing icon Sylvester and traces her journey from being Miss Congeniality in Season 10 to becoming the first Black Queen in the Drag Race Hall of Fame.
Monét and the legendary Lady Bunny bring their podcast “Ebony and Irony” to YouTube where they talk about the recent controversy surrounding Facebook.
Honey Davenport and Calypso Jetè Balmain from HBO Max’s Legendary bring you random news stories you may have missed on the latest episode of “Da Fuq?”
Even though Willam’s birthday was in June, she still has a lot of presents to unbox, which she does in this chaotic video.
And…that’s it for this week. We’re leaving you this week with the latest banger from Laganja Estranja. Enjoy “Poison Ivy” and, until next week, stay safe, stay healthy, get vaccinated and say LOVE!
