Zack Snyder Unveils Henry Cavill Wearing Black Superman Suit

Zack Snyder has given the world a gift with a new clip from his forthcoming cut from Justice League featuring Henry Cavill‘s Superman in his iconic black suit.

The clip in question can be seen below and features the Man of Steel speaking with Alfred in the Bat Cave, a scene that was featured as a deleted scene on the theatrical release of Justice League‘s blu-ray, albeit with Superman in his traditional garb. Of note, the scene features the iconic Man of Steel theme… which is really exciting! Watch the clip below.

The clip begins with the camera zoomed in tight on a tumbler of whiskey, before cutting to Alfred’s (Jeremy Irons) face and then the stunning reveal of Superman, all in black. The first line uttered from Superman: “I’m assuming you’re Alfred.”

Snyder was among several guests during the day-long Justice Con panel that also featured Ray Fisher and Jay Olivia.

Snyder also unveiled a new Justice League t-shirt but seemed hesitant to reveal much more likely due to the upcoming DC Fandom event that will take place in August.

Zack Snyder’s Justice League is coming to HBO Max in 2021.
