Actor Cory Monteith made his first red carpet appearance since leaving rehab last night (June 08, 2013). The Glee star attended the 12th Annual Chrysalis Butterfly Ball in Los Angeles, California with his girlfriend Lea Michele.

Cory looking as handsome as ever in a grey Calvin Klein suit, a white polka dotted shirt and tie. Lea Michele, who wore Valentino, remarked to E!’s Marc Malkin, “I think he looks great, doesn’t he? He’s the best.”

Monteith voluntarily enrolled in a treatment program to tackle substance abuse issues, and returned to his native Canada to continue his recovery in May.  Read More »
