Andy Cohen has addressed a recent accusation of inappropriate conduct from Brandi Glanville through a post on his X account, previously known as Twitter. The television executive and host offered an apology following claims by the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, suggesting his comments were made in jest during a moment shared with Kate Chastain, a close friend of Cohen and Below Deck alum.

Cohen described the interaction as a humorous exchange between friends, emphasizing that he never intended to offend. “The video shows Kate Chastain and I, clearly joking with Brandi,” he explained, highlighting the lighthearted nature of the moment. Despite this, he acknowledged his remark's inappropriateness, apologizing for any discomfort it may have caused.

This acknowledgment comes in the wake of legal correspondence sent by Glanville's legal team alleging Cohen of making unwarranted advances toward her. The letter outlines a 2022 incident where Cohen, reportedly under the influence, expressed a desire to sleep with another Bravo celebrity, insinuating Glanville's involvement.

“Ms. Glanville herself has been a victim of sexual harassment at Bravo by none other than Andy Cohen.”

“In a video sent by Mr. Cohen to Ms. Glanville in 2022, Mr. Cohen — appearing obviously inebriated — boasted of his intention to sleep with another Bravo star (Chastain) that night while thinking of her and invited her to watch via Facetime.”

If you know Andy Cohen and Kate Chastain, this was CLEARLY a joke.

Furthermore, the document critiqued Cohen's continued leadership role within the network, drawing parallels to previous industry controversies and calling into question the balance between corporate gain and individual well-being.

In another twist, Caroline Manzo, a former Real Housewives personality, has brought forward her claims against Cohen and the Bravo network. Manzo alleges she was subjected to inappropriate behavior by Glanville during The Real Housewives of Ultimate Girls Trip filming in Morocco. She accuses the network of negligence for its continued employment of Glanville despite past allegations, suggesting a systemic failure to protect individuals from such encounters.

After this sad attempt at “going after Andy Cohen,” Brandi Glanville won't be working for Bravo or NBC/Universal anytime soon. Glanville clearly feels like she's been tossed aside by Bravo, but this seems desperate.
