Rock icon Belinda Carlisle is throwing a Christmas celebration for a great cause. She’s invited some of her famous friends for a party at a legendary West Hollywood hot spot, an event you won’t want to miss.
On Thursday, December 12, join Belinda and friends at The Abbey Food & Bar in West Hollywood for one night only with a fundraiser Christmas celebration benefitting the Animal People Alliance. Belinda is set to perform during the event, which will be guest-hosted by legendary performer/actress/singer Sandra Bernhard. Additional surprise guests and performers will be announced in the coming months.
If you can’t wait until December to see Sandra, she will appear in the new Netflix documentary Outstanding: A Comedy Revolution, which premieres June 18.
The event’s beneficiary is an organization Belinda co-founded; their mission is close to her heart. As she says, “Animal People Alliance started with an idea and a dream, incorporating my love of animals and India. Since I co-founded it in 2014 we have treated over 75,000 animals and provided employment to vulnerable people and have expanded into Thailand. I can't tell you how proud I am of the work the teams in both India and Thailand are doing, they are real rockstars! We hope to expand into Mexico now – it's a dream at the moment, but my whole life and APA are examples that they do come true.”
Ticket pricing is: $95 General Admission / $275 Admission and Meet & Greet / VIP Tables (includes Meet & Greet) – $3000 to $5000 depending on table size.
