Chrissy Teigen was honored at the Baby2Baby Gala in Los Angeles Saturday night (November 10, 2019).
Her husband, singer John Legend, presented her with the award symbolizing her commitment to children in need.
“I feel honored to be honored,” Teigen said.
The cookbook author, who received the Giving Tree Award for her commitment to giving back to children in need, hit the red carpet in a sparkly mint green Georges Hobeika fall ’19 couture gown.
After the gala, Teigen shared a Twitter video, shot by Legend, of her redecorating their living room to make space for her latest award.

In the video, you can see the model walking directly into her home with Legend in tow, beelining to a shelf filled with his 10 Grammy statues (and various Oscars).
As Legend watches, she moves two of his golden gramophones directly out of the way to display her glass award.
You can hear Legend say, “Wow…oh my God,” in disbelief as he watches his wife rearrange his trophies. Teigen however, replies cheerfully, turning around and exclaiming, “Yay!”
For nearly a decade, Baby2Baby has distributed more than 70 million items to children in homeless shelters, domestic violence programs and foster care, as well as to other children who have lost everything in the wake of disaster.
