Just because Christmas is over doesn’t mean you need to pack away the holiday spirit. We’ve got some seasonal drinks to help you ring in 2024 with flavor and fun! These drinks are easy to make and are sure to entertain your guests or delight you and that special someone. Give these recipes a try and toast the new year with some of the holiday’s best spirits.

Frosty Bliss

Cocktails to Celebrate the New Year in Style 1

Take a trip to the tropics without leaving the comfort of your home with this smooth, sweet concoction. The mix of sweet and tart pineapple and smooth, creamy coconut will transport you to a sandy shore under a palm tree in the sun. 

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Buchanan’s Pineapple​
  • 2 oz Pineapple juice
  • ​1 oz Coconut cream
  • 0.75 oz Fresh lime juice
  • Angostura bitters float

Preparation: Add Buchanan’s Pineapple, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and lime juice into a shaker with ice and shake until cold. Chill Buchanan’s Pineapple and pour it into a shot glass. Pour into a highball glass filled with crushed ice, and top with a float of Angostura bitters. Garnish with a lime wheel. Alternatively, make it frozen in a blender.

Santa’s Berry Bliss Fizz

Sipping on this drink, made with Ciroc’s berry-infused vodka and bright, tart cranberry juice, is the perfect way to refresh and rewind …and, of course, it’s berry delicious.  

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. Ciroc Red Berry
  • 3 oz. cranberry juice
  • soda to top
  • 1 lime wedge

Preparation: Combine Ciroc Red Berry and cranberry juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a highball. Top off with soda and garnish with a lime wedge.

Warm Whiskey Embrace

Another drink delivering the festive flavor of cranberry is this drink, featuring a rich bourbon with notes of sweet dark cherry, black raspberry, and caramel. Sweet, with just a touch of spice, this drink will warm your heart and please your palate.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. I.W. Harper Cabernet Cask Reserve
  • 1 oz. Honey Syrup
  • 1.25 oz. Cranberry
  • 3 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • 3 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
  • 1 Sprig Rosemary

Preparation: Add rosemary to a cocktail shaker and muddle for 7 seconds. Add honey syrup and I.W. Harper Cabernet Cask. Stir until honey dissolves. Add all other ingredients. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain over ice. Garnish with a dried grapefruit slice.

Spiced Gingerbread Elixir

Love the seasonal flavor of gingerbread but don’t want the mess of baking (or crafting an elaborate, frosting-covered house)? This simple cocktail packs a punch, and the sparkle of ginger ale gives you a bubbly beverage to help you ring in the new year. 

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Old Parr Aged 12 Years
  • 3 oz Premium Ginger Ale
  • Squeeze of Orange

Preparation: Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour Old Parr Aged 12 Years. Top with premium ginger ale. Add a squeeze of orange, stir, and garnish with an orange wedge.
