Justin Timberlake Donates to Midwest Flood Relief

At Saturday night’s concert at the CHI Health Center, Justin Timberlake announced a portion of all ticket sales from the show will be donated to assist flood relief in the metro area of Omaha, Nebraska.
Timberlake said Saturday’s concert was the highest-grossing show at the venue and that he would add a personal donation, in which Live Nation will match, while a sponsor will deliver water to affected areas.
OMAHA! Thank you for coming out last night. Just by showing up, you became a big part of our efforts to help the victims of the flooding here in the Midwest. Special thanks to @LiveNation & @drinkbai. Stay strong Nebraska, WE LOVE YOU.

“We want to take a second, that on behalf of all of us on stage, that our hearts go out to those affected by the floods,” Timberlake said. “So here’s what we’re going to do, we are going to make a donation… When I say we, I mean we. This being the highest grossing show in this venue, each and every one of your tickets are going to be apart of the donation.”
The Grammy-winning singer and songwriter was originally scheduled to perform at the CHI Health Center in December 2018, but Timberlake postponed the concert after doctors diagnosed him with bruised vocal cords.
At his sold-out concert in Omaha Saturday night, @jtimberlake wore a #NebraskaStrong T-shirt and promised to donate to flood relief. “Our hearts go out to all of those affected by the flooding across the Midwest,” he said. https://t.co/hCh9AG1nW4 pic.twitter.com/fRA0IBpMEM
