Keegan Allen is giving fans a look at his recovery.
On Sunday, the Pretty Little Liars actor uploaded a pair of photos to Instagram, with one showing his bloody neck, shirt, and cross chain. The other shows Keegan lying on a hospital bed with a cold pack on his leg and blood on his shoes.
“Thank you all for such kind and caring messages,” he wrote. “I’m on the mend.”
The 37-year-old added that he was “really grateful to God, law enforcement, medical and my friends and following” for their support. He signed off: “God bless and be safe.”
Allen also posted a pic of himself at the hospital on his Instagram Stories, thanking the doctors, nurses and security at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. On Saturday, he showed the stitches he had to get above his left eyebrow.
The attack happened Thursday, Oct. 8, 2026. Security footage appeared to show Allen putting items into his truck in the Laurel Supply parking lot, with one man apparently hitting him in the head multiple times with his gun.
Minutes later, blood running down his face, Allen filmed himself. “I was just robbed of my watch outside of Laurel Supply,” he said.
“These two dudes hit me in the head and pointed a gun at me,” he continued. “They had masks on [and] they took my watch.”
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department did not name Allen. According to its statement, the victim said one suspect pointed a silver handgun at him while the other brandished a knife, and the pair demanded his watch and bracelet. Officers said he was struck in the face with a handgun, leaving a cut on his forehead, before the suspects fled in a vehicle with the watch.

The men left without his bracelet and ring. The Citizen app reported the targeted watch was a Rolex.
In his caption, Allen said the robbers “threatened to KILL me over my watch and would have!”
“God said no tonight. My life for a watch.”
He also warned that “West Hollywood is not safe anymore.” Replying to fans, he said he was “def concussed.”
The city responded with its own statement, calling news of this violent robbery “deeply upsetting and unsettling.”
The incident comes amid a series of reported robberies in the West Hollywood area over the past month. The investigation remains ongoing.
Support poured in from friends. Allen’s Walker costar Colin Ford wrote, “F*** dude I’m so glad you’re alive brother.”
Allen is best known for playing Toby Cavanaugh on Pretty Little Liars from 2010 to 2017 and, more recently, Liam Walker on the CW crime drama Walker from 2021 to 2024.
