Reality star and newlywed Kim Kardashian landed a role in an upcoming Tyler Perry movie called—coincidentally enough—The Marriage Counselor
. The film will revolve around a marriage counselor who struggles with her own relationship, and Kim will take on the role of a co-worker who gives her a makeover and helps her build up confidence.
Kardashian, pictured leaving her 31st birthday party in NYC with family and fellow celebrities such as Nick Lachey and Pink, will start filming in Atlanta next week. Her past film credits include Disaster Movie
and Deep in the Valley
. Kim has never dealt with the issue of marriage in her films, so this is especially timely considering the rumors about her shaky two-month marriage with Kris Humphries. Are you excited for The Marriage Counselor?
