ALL NATTY! Gym shots 1 of 2. I get a lot of DMs asking about my “stats”. So here they are, well half of them… you’ll have to go like gym pic series 2 of 2 when it drops to see the other half 😉💪🏻. # As of this moment (12/2/19) I am 5’9 3/4” (5’10”), 157lbs, and between 8-12% body fat. Keep in mind that I’m 19. Guys generally don’t fish developing till 23-25, so all my stats could change dramatically. Only time will tell 🤷🏼‍♂️. “When a rain drop lands in a lake does it lose all individuality, or does it become the lake?”💧🧊🥶 # I try not to get too attached to my physical self. Now you’re probably thinking “Nick, what? You are your body”. But that’s just it, you’re not. You are not your body. The body is a vehicle we use to travel around, and interact with the three dimensional planes. Similar to how our cars work. “Well Nick, if you’re not attached to your physical self, why do you spend so much time in the gym?”. Self security and confidence. But more than anything, mental health, physical health, and longevity. I’ll use the same analogy. If you don’t get oil changes or tire rotations, your car won’t last as long. Same with the physical body. If you don’t take care of it. It won’t last into the later years. We are the divers of the car, and our soul is the driver of our physical body. Consciousness is not created by the brain. Just because it hasn’t been proved by science doesn’t mean it’s false, or doesn’t exist. # People who identify with their body too much lose spirituality, and don’t realize the fact that we’re all one. The lil’ fishieezzz kept nibbling at meh toes 🐠. # Which kinda brings me to my topic. I know the attention span is short on social media, but please stick it out and read this 🙏🏼. # I often think about fish. They’re gorgeous, and although each fish is slightly different from one another, there isn’t aesthetically a single flaw. Each fish is exactly how its suppose to be. Beautiful by default, its nature. Then I wonder about fish judging other fish “omg his stripes are inserted sooooo weirdly.” “oml ikr, and he’s looking a little on the heavy side, smh.” But they don’t, only we do that. We’re marvelous just the way we are. Whether your eyes are brown, or blue. Or you’re 5 feet tall verse 7 feet tall. You’re exactly how you’re suppose to be. I see thousands of beautiful faces everyday. If you’re trying to make lifestyle changes to become the true you, whether you decide you’re going to loose weight/eat healthier, read more, or be a more loving family member you first need to except yourself, because the inner world will always reflect the outer world.
