Tanya Roberts died Monday night (Jan. 04, 2021) at L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Hospital following a bizarre turn of events that included her domestic partner incorrectly telling her rep she had died the day before.
Her boyfriend, Lance O'Brien, told TMZ that he received a call from one of Tanya's doctor's Monday night, just after 9 PM, telling him Tanya had passed.
Roberts had mistakenly been reported dead by her publicist earlier Monday.
Roberts' publicist Mike Pingel later told The Associated Press Monday afternoon that Roberts, 65, was still alive as of 10 a.m. PST but was in a poor condition. He had said earlier Monday that Roberts collapsed in her home Sunday and was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Pingel said Robert's husband, Lance O'Brien, told him that he held his wife and she “seemed for him to slip away.”
