Ben Affleck might be moving on from his estranged wife, Jennifer Lopez, with help from RFK Jr.‘s daughter, Kick Kennedy.
A source told Page Six that Kick and Affleck have been seen together around Los Angeles, including at the Polo Lounge in Beverly Hills. While their relationship status is unclear, they could be discussing a potential movie role.
Unlike her father’s unsuccessful presidential bid, Kick, 36, seems to have avoided politics for an acting career. Her IMDB page lists a small role as “customer #2” on HBO’s Curb Your Enthusiasm, which also features her stepmother Cheryl Hines.

Kick’s full name is Kathleen Alexandra. She’s one of two children from RFK Jr.’s first marriage to Emily Black. Her name honors her great-aunt, socialite Kathleen Agnes Cavendish, who was President John F. Kennedy’s older sister. The first Kick died at 28 in a plane crash in France. Her 1944 marriage to a British aristocrat lasted just four months before his death in World War II.
On Saturday (Aug. 24, 2024), Kick posted an Instagram photo of herself holding an eagle, without a caption. Affleck wasn’t in the picture.
Lopez, 55, filed for divorce from Affleck on Tuesday, ending their two-year marriage after a seemingly drawn-out breakup. The couple had previously dated from 2002 to 2004 and even got engaged. They were spotted on opposite coasts this summer and missed each other’s birthday parties.
Reportedly, Affleck and Lopez had no prenup or settlement in place. This was his second marriage and her fourth.
Affleck is a firm Democrat, while Kick’s father recently ended his presidential campaign to support Republican Donald Trump in the upcoming election.
