The nominations for the Queerties were announced this week. The fan-voted awards recognize the biggest and brightest LGBTQ+ entertainers, authors, and artists of the past year in categories covering film, TV, music, social media and more.
Mo Heart, the Boulet Brothers, Meatball, Jimbo, Priyanka and Sherry Vine are among those competing in the Drag Royalty category. Luxx Noir London, Marcia Marcia Marcia, Mistress Isabelle Brooks, Anitra and Selena EsTitties are among the queens battling for Future All Star. MOM podcasts Very Delta and Race Chaser are going head-to-head and Trixie Mattel’s cover of Mama Ru’s “Looking Good, Feeling Gorgeous” got a best video nomination. Sasha Velour got nominations for best read for The Big Reveal and is going up against Bob the Drag Queen for the Badass award. Three of our favorite web series have also been recognized – Raja and Raven’s “Fashion Photo Ruview,” “UNHhhh” with Trixie and Katya and Maddy Morphosis’ “Give it to Me Straight.”
Voting is open now through February 22 on the Queerties website, and you can vote once per day per device. Get out there and make your voice heard!
