Tommy Hilfiger has unveiled a new disco-inspired collaboration with Zendaya.

The actor, 22, replaces supermodel Gigi Hadid, who had a long-running association with Hilfiger.

In Paris this time, the latest occasion was to launch Hilfigerโ€™s see-now-buy-now collection with Zendaya, dubbed TommyXZendaya.

The design duo enlisted model-of-the-moment Winnie Harlow, 24, a favorite of the brand who is continuing her runway reign after strutting for Victoriaโ€™s Secret.

โ€œI was inspired by these incredible women,โ€ Zendaya told The Hollywood Reporter backstage ahead of the show. โ€œIt was a turning point in the industry and the point where black women were finally seen. In some ways, itโ€™s why all of these beautiful young girls are here now, and we wanted to pay tribute to these iconic women.โ€

โ€œWithout them, we wouldnโ€™t be here, without them taking those steps and opening those doors, so itโ€™s about honoring them and appreciating them as well,โ€ she continued. โ€œAnd weโ€™re just having fun!โ€

The show closed with the legendary 70-year-old singer Grace Jones.

Grace Jones, 70, made a catwalk cameo, dancing to her own song โ€œPull Up to The Bumper,โ€ and the presentation ended with a sea of women wearing matching denim and tees, singing โ€œWe Are Family.โ€

Zendaya used feminist icon Grace after saying her clothing line was an โ€œode to female empowermentโ€.

She told Vogue: โ€œThe most important thing to me is that these clothes feel timeless, and whoever puts it on feels powerful and confident.โ€
