Asking for a โmiracleโ from the President by being released, he wrote that although he requires blood infusions โevery four weeksโ for his CVID (Common variable immune deficiency) condition he has โnot had one since end of January.โ

In his letter to โsupporters, fans, loves ones,โ he said: โIโm loosing weight, sores wont heal, Iโll be dead in 2-3 months, itโs like I have been sent to death row, they stopped all of my medication expect one, this place is hell on earth [sic].โ
Exotic also describes the miserable conditions heโs living in and that heโs struggling to cope behind bars as heโs tormented by tales of his husband Dillon Passage living it up on the outside and attending parties without him.
Joe also says his husband has gone radio silent on him. Commenting on his relationship, he adds: โI donโt even know if Iโm married anymore, seems everyone is so busy making money and being famous I donโt even get a letter from Dillon.

โEveryone sends pictures of him having fun and all but as a person screaming for help I am asking you to stop, please stop sending me pictures of him having a party while I live in this hell.โ
At the end of his letter he reaches out to Cardi B and Kim Kardashian for help.
Godspeed, Joe.
