Wow is an understatement. The Rolling Stones hinted last week that an announcement was forthcoming on plans to reschedule a U.S. concert tour that was derailed when frontman Mick Jagger needed heart surgery.
Jagger shared footage from a workout session as he prepares to return to the stage with his iconic band this summer.
Jagger’s high-energy and fancy footwork were fully on display as he danced to the Wombats’s “Techno Fan.”
And while the Stones have yet to announce the rescheduled concerts that were shelved as a result of his medical concerns, the band did send a message over the weekend promising news on that front soon:
Thank you for all your patience and support regarding the re-scheduling of the Rolling Stones US and Canada tour dates. We will have an update and announcement in the coming days for you, please stay tuned!
It’s important to remember that the Rolling Stones vocalist is 75 years old.
