The French Dispatch Cannes Film Festival premiere was a star-studded one with its stars Timothée Chalamet, Tilda Swinton, Bill Murray, Owen Wilson, Adrien Brody, Stephen Park, and Benicio Del Toro all hitting the red carpet.
At sweet one moment on the red carpet, Chalamet (rocking a silver metallic Tom Ford suit) rested his head on Tilda Swinton’s shoulder. Will she ever wash that shoulder again?
The Wes Anderson film earned one of the biggest standing ovations so far at the 74th edition of Cannes. The applause continued for nine minutes for Anderson.
In a Twitter video shared by Variety‘s executive editor Ramin Setoodeh, Tilda pretends to clap Chalamet on the back, but actually tapes a piece of paper to his back and then proceeds to make sure he turns around. Well done, Tilda, well done.
