Cheer star Jerry Harris denied, in a statement from his spokesperson, that he solicited sex and sexually explicit photographs from minors.

USA Today reported Monday (September 14, 2020) that the FBI had executed a search warrant at Harris' home in Naperville, Illinois, following allegations made against the Netflix star.

A representative for the FBI would only confirm that the organization was conducting “court-authorized law enforcement activity in the area,” and offered no additional comment.

Harris who became a sensation following the January release of the cheerleading docuseries has not been charged with a crime.

“We categorically dispute the claims made against Jerry Harris, which are alleged to have occurred when he was a teenager,” a spokesperson for Harris told Variety “We are confident that when the investigation is completed the true facts will be revealed.”

A source close to the situation said the claims made against Harris are not current and stem from when he was a teenager. The source also told ABC News that no allegations pertain to physical activity and that the FBI is only investigating Harris' text messages.

UPDATE: Harris is now being sued by two minors who claim he sexually exploited and abused them.

Page Six reports:

The 21-year-old is accused of sexually abusing and harassing a set of 14-year-old twin boys who are also in the cheerleading world, per court documents obtained by Page Six on Tuesday. Their names were withheld because they are still minors and the United States All Star Federation, Cheer Athletics and Varsity Spirit are also listed in the suit and are accused of negligence.

The suit claims that Harris took advantage of the boys who were starstruck following his involvement with the Netflix docu-series and shortly began asking for “booty pics” from them.

Harris allegedly molested one of the boys and demanded oral sex from him in a bathroom at the American Cheerleaders Association’s national competition in February 2019, the suit also claims. He is also accused of asking one of the underage boys to show him the “needle” pose while naked via Snapchat and asking one for oral sex.

The twins claim that they know of other alleged victims and they are seeking $1 million in damages.
