Erika Jayne has been steadfast in her denials against claims she knew about estranged husband Tom Girardi’s embezzling money from his clients.

However, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is not going to be happy that her ex just cast further doubt on her claims amid the pair’s ongoing legal battles.

The 82-year-old was recorded speaking to the paparazzi in a video shared by Page Six and Tom had a surprising answer when asked whether his wife knew anything about his actions.

The former lawyer appeared to throw his former partner under the bus as he replied: “I think she does.”

That comment could lead to troubles for Erika after the Bravo star has spent months passionately insisting that she had no clue about her husband embezzling millions of dollars from his clients over the years.

The singer filed for divorce from Girardi in November 2020 after two decades of marriage, and later exposed his alleged mistress – Justice Tricia A. Bigelow – to millions of her social media followers.

Shortly after she filed for divorce, the former couple was accused of embezzling money “to fund their lavish lifestyle.”

Erika has denied the claims she embezzled millions of dollars, some of which were meant to go to widows and orphans who lost loved ones in the tragic crash of Lion Air Flight 610.

Meanwhile, Tom was later diagnosed with dementia and late-onset Alzheimer’s amid the pair’s legal woes and has been put under a conservatorship.
