Once Upon a Time in Hollywood follows the fictional characters Dalton, a television actor, and Booth, his stunt double and best friend as they reach a struggling point in their careers. Dalton is neighbors with the very real Sharon Tate, played by Margot Robbie, who was eight-and-a-half months pregnant when she and three friends were murdered in her LA home by the infamous Manson Family cult.
