I think that ship has already sailed. Actor and comedian Kevin Hart said would re-evaluate his decision to step down as host of the 2019 Oscars after having a “raw/honest” interview with Ellen DeGeneres, who reached out to the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences on his behalf.

In his interview with Ellen, he reiterates this:

I’m a little upset because I know who I am. I know that I don’t have a homophobic bone in my body. I know that I’ve addressed it, I know that I’ve apologized. I’ve taken ten years to put my apology to work. I’ve yet to go back to that version of the immature comedian that I once was. I’ve moved on. I’m a grown man.

I’m a guy that understands now. I look at life through a different lens now and because of that, I live it a different way.

Hart chose to step down in December after homophobic posts from nearly a decade ago resurfaced on social media, sparking calls for him to either apologize or resign.

Ellen firmly stated that she forgives Kevin Hart, and wants to give him a second chance. In a particularly lengthy segment, they each spent six minutes talking about their perspectives on the issue. Ellen began by telling a story about how she and Kevin went for dinner shortly after she hosted the Oscars, and how while they were eating their meal, Kevin said it had always been a dream of his to host the Oscars.

Madonna is speaking out in response to rampant internet rumors that she got butt implants.

After days of building speculation over her plump bum, Madonna took to Instagram on Thursday, January 3 with a message that seemingly addressed the body-shamers.

“Desperately Seeking No Ones Approval………………😂. And Entitled to Free Agency Over My Body Like Everyone Else!! Thank you 2019 🎉🎉🎉! Its Going to Be an amazing Year!! 🔥🔥🔥! #2019 #freedom#respect #nofear #nodiscrimination.”

So basically, just leave Madonna alone.

Henry Cavill, who plays Superman in the current run of DC movies, posted a humorous selfie to congratulate his Justice League co-star Jason Momoa on the success of his Aquaman solo movie.

The actor posted a selfie of himself partially submerged in dark water and holding a fork close to the camera on his personal Instagram account.

Well done, Henry.
